We want you to be fully satisfied with your CRAFTD pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all items in original condition. Please ensure all original packaging is included to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your jewelry in its original CRAFTD box and mailing pouch to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Your Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
